Thursday, I had my weigh-in for my final week of the Candida diet. Here are the totals:
Starting weight: 264.4
Ending weight: 221.2
Total pounds lost: 43.2
Inches lost:
upper arms: 1 5/8
Rib Cage: 4 1/2
Waist: 4 1/4
Abdomen: 6 1/8
Hips: 4 1/2
Upper Thighs: 5 7/8
Lower Thighs: 4 3/8
Upper Knees: 3 1/8
Lower Knees: 1 5/8
Calves: 2
Ankle: 1/4
Total inches lost: 38 1/4
Not too shabby for 12 weeks. Can't wait to see the numbers in the next 12 weeks.
What does the program hold in store for me know? Well, we are going to stay with the same program the majority of the time. With a small treat every now and then. I miss alot of foods, but this is working so well, no sense in changing anything.
