Wednesday, I went to see my podiatrist. I really like him, and he knows me so well, so when I started having some serious pain in my foot, I didn't hesitate to call, especially when the nurse at our school said the symptoms sounded like it could be a stress fracture. Thank goodness the x-rays were negative, but he put me on exercise restriction for 3 weeks. Yes, 3 weeks. It really upset me since I have been exercising so regularly during this phase of the weight loss program.
So no running, no walking, nothing. Now when he allows me to start back, where do I begin? Maybe just repeat week 3? I guess we will just wait and see.
